1. Introduction and Acceptance

6. Wagers, Odds, Results, and Settlement

A wager is accepted only when the Senju33 system records confirmation and deducts the stake from the available balance. Adding a selection to a betting slip does not guarantee acceptance. Odds may change before confirmation, particularly during live football, EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and other in-play events.

Sports markets are settled using recognised official results or the result source stated in the applicable market rules. Senju33 may void a market affected by cancellation, abandonment, incorrect participant information, palpable pricing error, integrity concerns, or an event that does not meet the stated settlement conditions.

Casino outcomes are governed by the rules displayed for each game. Interruptions caused by device failure, connection loss, or local network conditions do not automatically invalidate a completed round. The server-side game record is the primary record used by Senju33 when reviewing disputed rounds.

7. Deposits and Payment Methods

Deposits must come from a payment method that belongs to the verified Senju33 account holder. Supported options may include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, cards, and other methods displayed within the platform. Availability, limits, and processing times may vary.

Senju33 may set minimum and maximum deposit limits, request payment verification, or refuse transactions that present a security or compliance concern. A deposit is not treated as cleared until Senju33 receives confirmation from the relevant payment channel. Chargebacks, reversed transfers, or disputed deposits may result in account restriction while the matter is investigated.

Where appropriate, Senju33 may withhold disputed amounts while completing a reasonable investigation.
